Eligibility for Refunds:
Donation Errors: If you made an erroneous donation, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. Refunds for such donations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Project Cancellation: In the event that a project or initiative is canceled or fully funded before completion, donors may opt for a refund.
Refund Process:
MPESA/Airtel Money Refunds:
For donations made through MPESA, Airtel Money, or similar mobile money services, refunds will be processed to the same mobile money account used for the original donation. Please allow 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Card Payments:
Donations made via credit/debit cards will be refunded to the original card used for the donation. Refunds may take upto 30 days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds are issued in accordance with the original donation amount and currency.
